Something WIP

Now It’s definitely been a long while since I last posted a WIP of something I’m doing.  So right, here’s one. There’s not much in it yet though.

I’ve been studying drawing metal surfaces since last night and well, at last, I now understand how it works(sort of). I’ve got this project going on inside my head for years and since my schedule’s virtually off for this week, I thought I might use the time to start it. And well, so far I’m pretty satisfied with how I’m progressing. Proud even.

So this “thing” is a knight— I think. Well at least I got how chainmails work though I know I could do better with those shapes. So right, that’s all there is to it for now since I’m only doing the lineart after all.

Anyways, one of the things I dislike most about myself is that I’m usually afraid to try when drawing. Like for example, I really don’t have any idea about how to draw mecha and stuff so I never draw them. I’ve never tried. Until now. And to tell you guys the truth, it’s really… satisfying, having finally broken that barrier down.
